All orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation, from our warehouse.

DELIVERY METHODS

Colissimo Domicile

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within 48 hours*, directly to your letterbox.
If your letterbox is not large enough and you are not at home, a notice will be left for you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your parcel the next day from 3pm from the post office of your choice.
If you do not choose a delivery date, you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Withdrawal Point

With Colissimo Withdrawal Point you have a choice of several collection methods to recover your parcel:

- At the Post Office, you can choose the establishment in which you wish to be delivered (without prior visit of your postman at home) among the 9 000 post offices available everywhere in Metropolitan France.

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours* and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by e-mail.
You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

- In a Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 local retailers in the Pickup network, near your home, your workplace or your holidays, to which you would like to have your parcel delivered.

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours* and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by e-mail.
You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

- In a Pickup Station, you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (station, metro, car park, shopping centres, etc.), they are accessible 24/7 (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones).

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours* and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by e-mail.
The latter will specify your collection codes allowing you to collect your parcel during 3 working days.
After this period, your package will be returned to us.

* Indicative delivery time for Metropolitan France. For other destinations, the indicative time is 3 to 10 days depending on the country.
